Clientron Built a Thin Client Demo Board for Intel

Taipei, 5 Jan., 2009 – In collaboration with Intel® and AMI, Clientron has designed an Intel® thin client reference platform "Sunshine Valley" with ultra-low power, fanless Atom processor combined with remote boot technology provides an efficient, green computing. This project’s core elements include:
•Intel® Atom™ processor for high-performance, ultra-low power computing in a small, fanless form factor
•Green commerce remote client embedded into the hardware to ensure optimum power efficiency without regard to the operating system being used
•Remote boot technology that will both power-on and power-off the system even if the operating system isn’t functioning.
