High quality is assured since Clientron has been recognized by numerous certificates including ISO 9001/QS 9000, ISO 14001, ISO/TS16949 and so on, as well as maintaining a high quality upgrading system. Clientron have led into WEEE、 lead-free production at 2005, all products passed through RoHs non-toxic preventing & controlling at July 1, 2006.

Customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is the primary objective for Clientron. Customer service center is responsible to handle problem reports immediately, and provide solutions to resolve customer concerns.
Do things right at the first time
Clientron ensures the quality assurance of each product to be done right at the first time. Through internal training and employee awareness, the concepts of 5W1H, QC7, PDCA, 5S, QCD are rooted in everyone's mind.
Prevention
Clientron improves quality by utilizing APQP, DFMEA, and PPAP concepts. Each development and production stages are examined carefully and advanced testing equipment like EMI/EMC Chamber, ESD, Thermal, vibration, and PIA are used for quality verification. We are qualified and have received SGM GP-10 certification.
Continual improvement
Clientron accumulates quality information with the concept of Quality Operating System (QOS) by setting up quality improvement goals. We also established Quality Review Board (QRB) to review periodically.
To continue improving quality, lowing cost and delivering on time, Clientron participates lean manufacturing, 6sigmas and QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) programs to satisfy our customers. Strict quality control guarantees flawless quality and satisfaction for our customers.

Clientron received ISO 9001:2008 certification since 2000, before changing its name from Bcom. Through ISO 9001:2008, Clientron not only produces the best products, but also accumulates more customer satisfaction.
