Customer satisfaction is the most important thing in Clientron. Customer service center is in charge of responding all kinds problems in time and satisfying our customers’ needs. In order to satisfy our customers we set up customer service center to response all kinds of problems at right time all days.

Though the in-job training, and quality assurance
propaganda, the concepts of 5W1H, QC7,
PDCA, 5S, QCD are
rooted in everyone’s mind. We keep ensuring all divisions
execute the quality policy during their working.
Prevention
Clientron actively
improve our quality through APQP, DFMEA,
and PPAP in the advanced period. Besides, we
also examine each stage exactly and set up more equipment
like EMI/EMC Chamber, ESD, Thermal, vibration, PIA etc. We
have passed the tests to receive SGM GP-10 certificates.
Continual improvement
Continual
improvement always could lower the effects of problems. Bcom
collects all information about quality by the concept of
Quality Operating System (QOS) to set up the improvement
goals. We also established Quality Review Board (QRB)to
review regularly.
To keep in
improving, lowing cost and delivering on time, Clientron
participates all lean manufacturing, 6sigmas and QRQC (Quick
Response Quality Control) programs to satisfy our customers.
