We are pleased to announce that, effective June 4, the Board of Directors of Clientron Corp. has unanimously appointed Ms. Kelly Wu, our current President and CEO, as the new Chairperson of the Board. Ms. Wu will continue in her role as President and CEO, ensuring consistency in leadership and strategic direction.

With more than three decades of experience in the electronics and technology industries, Ms. Wu has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a forward-thinking vision. Under her guidance, Clientron has emerged as a leading force in Taiwan’s electric vehicle (EV) smart cockpit segment. Her appointment as Chairperson recognizes her outstanding contributions to the EV and ICT markets and reinforces Clientron’s commitment to driving innovation and growth in close partnership with our channel partners around the world.

Ms. Wu’s career is marked by a series of remarkable achievements. At the age of 37, she became both the youngest-ever General Manager and the first female General Manager of Intel Taiwan, then part of the world’s largest semiconductor company. She later served as Vice President of VIA Technologies, General Manager of Advantech Group’s BCM Embedded Computer, and Vice President of Advansus Corp. She has also been recognized by CommonWealth Magazine as one of Taiwan’s most influential women in business. Across all her roles, she has consistently exemplified strategic vision and operational excellence.
