RMA Policy

Clientron Corp. provides repair service for products manufactured and sold by Clientron when the product malfunctioned due to defective materials/parts under normal use while under warranty period.RMA Request Form
In Warranty RMA
  • Clientron will not provide repair service for the following situations (including but not limited to while under warranty period.

    A) Products that are not manufactured by Clientron.

    B) Product malfunctions caused by improper used, man-made damage or force majeure.

    C) Products that are modified without prior authorized by Clientron.

    D) Products damages caused by transportation.

  • For under warranty RMA, please follow the below procedure

    A) Please fill out the RMA Request Form with the detail description of failure symptom, model name, system serial number, MAC address, and quantity.

    B) Clientron will provide the RMA number when the RMA Request Form is checked and approved.

    C) Please provide the shipping document (Invoice & Packing List) first for final RMA approval before return RMA back to Clientron.

    D) After Clientron receives the RMA, Clientron will proceed the repair at agreed period.
